Terms of Service
By booking or using RRCLEAN Service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide mobile car wash and detailing at locations we can safely access within our service area. Coverage outside listed zones is confirmed case by case.
Bookings & cancellations
- Appointments are requested through our online form and confirmed by phone or text
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule when possible
- Weather, access issues, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling at no charge
Pricing & payment
Launch and membership prices shown on the website are current offers and may change. Final price is confirmed at booking. Payment may be collected online at booking or in person after service. Launch promotions (including $20 off) must be mentioned when you book and apply to qualifying first washes unless otherwise stated.
Vehicle care
We use hand-wash methods and paint-safe products and carry insurance. You agree to disclose known damage, aftermarket wraps/films, and access restrictions before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by inaccessible or prohibited wash locations.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability related to a service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.
